Has anyone used Club Bells before? I just picked up some of the 15lbers and noticed that they are pretty fricking heavy. They're apparently good for forearms and grip strenght, and since I like to box, this should be a good toy to play with
They are like the old Indian clubs that the wrestlers used to use, and are somewhat similar to training regimes that the russians used with Kettleballs. In that they emphasize explosiveness, high heart rate brought to low heart rate. They are good at buidling the shoulders, forearms, wrists, and grip strength.
Just an update on the clubbells, as I noticed that my grip strength is alrleady increasing, and I don't have to choke up on the clubs as bad as before. Ill post again in about a month to see how my forearms have developed and my gip has increased.
