I have some confusing tne. Melting point checks out, dissolves in dcm, insoluble in pet. ether. Seams legit, but it doesn't make me gain water, or anything else. Salkowski shows negative, and i don't have acetic anhydride to do test #2. Anyone know of any other such tests for steroids?

1) Salkowski Tests: Chloroform solution of the extract when
shaken with concentrated sulphuric acid and on standing yields
red colour.

2) Lieberman Burchardt tests: Chloroform solution of the extract
with few drops of acetic anhydride and one ml of concentrated
sulphuric acid from the sides gives reddish ring at the junction
of 2 layers.

I don't know of any other tests, but based on my experience, getting a blood test to check for the total Testosterone level is the most common and effective method.

Are you stronger in the gym? Are you gaining weight?

To me, these are the simplest and quickest indications that your testosterone is real even without any tests.
