Im not saying its only orals but from what I have been reading, it seems that orals are the worst culprits especially non aromatizing ones. Anavar and Winstrol (winny) being the harshest on lipids and it seems Tbol is not as bad but up there as well.
i doubt anything will help much while still on cycle but recovering quickly post cycle is important. niacin and omega fats/fishoils will help some , havent tried pantothine.
