Comeplete newbie here, could use some help finding a ruitine.

Well I'm 20, about 5'3 or 5'4 and maybe 110 lbs. I want to get into good shape, for the past 2 weeks I've been really working out a lot, but with no real knoweledge of what I'm doing. I've just been doing crunches/pushups and lifting weights 5 days a week and doing cardio by running every morning.

After reading the stickies and such I think the 5x5 would be really nice to try. Would this be good for a beginer?

Also I'm not too sure of all the different exersizes. Was wondering if anyone could help me with a sample 5x5 that doesn't require any work out machiens and can be done with adjustable dumbwells and a barbell. Any and all help would be very greatly apreciated.
