Concerns on lab test results

I just got my lab results back and I have a few concerns. For reference, I've been on trt for just over 14 months. For the last 11 months, my protocol has been test cyp 75mg/2w with .25mg anastrozole/2w.

Here are my concerns. Before I go to the Dr. In a week, I'd like to be prepared. Any help would be appreciated.

BUN/Creatinine Ratio 22 scale 9-20

Chloride, Serum 95 scale 97-108

Triglycerides 430 scale 0-149

HDL Cholesterol 22 Scale >39

Drink some more water.

Agree on the lipids. I am guessing they looked similar to prior to TRT.
Can water make a difference? In the last few months, I've cut back on my water intake. If you think it'll help, I'll drink more water. I've cut down from about a gallon a day, to about 1/2 a gallon. I hadn't realized I had cut back that much until you mentioned it.

I would not have suggested it if I didn't think it would help your BUN/Creatinine ratio. :-)

Does anyone know how a non fasting state makes a difference with triglycerides? My 430 level was from a blood test at 3pm, on a day where I ate pretty much normally. The last time I ate was 2 hours before the blood test. At 1pm I had a protein bar and 4 pb crackers.

A couple of sites I searched on said that a non fasting state can raise triglycerides by 5-10 times what a fasting state would read. Now since my dr. Didn't tell me to fast, I didn't.

If my non fasting level was 430, it could be possible that I may be looking at a normal level of around 80-100 if I fasted, right?

To get an accurate reading of triglycerides, I'm going to get an AM fasting test. I don't eat that bad, that my levels should be that high.
