Confusion with Stats - Please help

Stats :-Height 5’ 6.5”
Age : 32
Very thin/small bones

Weight: 10st 13lbs (153lbs)
BMI : 24.3
Fat Index : 13.4%
Fat Mass : 9.3kg

25th February 2010
Weight : 10st 12lbs (152lbs)
BMI : 24
Fat Index : 15.2%
Fat Mass : 10.4kg

I have been cutting for the last few months, eating less calories and doing 30mins intense cardio every other day after doing 40-50 mins weights (4 day split). Had my stats done at the gym and again over 3 weeks later. Very confused because according to data my fat index has increased, even though my weight has gone down, yet I look leaner and my stomach looks flatter. (Actually according to my scales at home ive lost a few pounds in weight)

Does this means that I have perhaps lost more muscle than fat or could it be an inaccurate reading. Also does it also measure water perhaps, since I am taking creatine I would expect to have more water stored. Also not sure what BMI is exactly.

Appreciate any input on this
 
post up your diet.. your diet will tell me alot about whats going on.. u said u cut calories.. how many calories are u eating??

get in detail.. give me macros (pro/fat/cal/carb) of every meal.. times of the meal.. times of workout and cardio...

use fitday.com to help you with your macros.. we'll get down to the bottom of this
