Did gear back in my late teens early 20's, mostly solo cycles of winstrol, sustanon... before I get torched for doing gear and no PCT, this was pre internet forums.

Around the same time, i started suffering from depression, anxiety etc.

Didn't touch gear for about 15 years, until last year:

16 week cycle about 8 months ago, 500mg Test E, proper PCT.

Pre Cycle 427 ng/dl

During Cycle 4280 ng/dl

Currently 261 ng/dl

Cycle was great, the only complaint I have is i was way too aroused, needed to have sex or "release" 3-5 times a day.

Bench went up from 205X4 to 225X16... I was trying to do a recomp, so weight was about the same, but waist size went down. Mood was great, upbeat, much less irritable.

Want to get some input from those with TRT experience:

1. how long have you been on?
2. Pro's vs Con's?
3. Would you recommend it?
4. What about the prostate cancer research saying it accelerates it?
5. What is the longest you know of somebody being on?
6. Can you see yourself going off?

I mean depending on all your bloodwork you may benefit from a more aggressive restart then again your 38 so age is a factor.

When were the pre and post blood work taken? early morning, good night sleep?

Anxiety, depression, sleep apnea and many other things can cause low T.

If I didn't have to I wouldn't be on TRT. Just trying to help you in making your decision

Blood was taken morning, empty stomach all times.... i never sleep well.

Im pretty sure ill be getting on TRT in the future... but peoples insight always helps.

In my opinion with levels that low I'd say TRT is a very likely possibility.

Hiram1st is making good points though - it's definitely worth it to try and fix things naturally if you can. I'd definitely look into your sleeping issues especially, as that can be a main cause. Also consider attempting a restart as well. You will want to make sure you're in a caloric surplus and getting plenty of sleep when you attempt the restart though.

1. how long have you been on?
About 2.5 yrs. I tried to avoid it by doing everything I could naturally at first for over a year.

2. Pro's vs Con's?
Higher cholesterol since on TRT, and my Blood Pressure went up. My LDL-C is now very high and troubles me. BP is now okay. Pros are many, too many to list.

3. Would you recommend it?
Yes!

4. What about the prostate cancer research saying it accelerates it?
If you HAVE prostate cancer you must go off. If you do not - it does NOT cause it. Check PSA every lab. Mine is excellent.

5. What is the longest you know of somebody being on?
I have no certifiable info on this one.

6. Can you see yourself going off?
No! I don't want more kids and my wife doesn't love my for ballsack size - so I don't do HCG.
