im not knocking his religion at all, i just found it odd that a powerlifting clip would have that instead of the usual pantera metallica etc.. ya know more power to you, personally i dont believe in any religious things but if u do thats cool too

an hour is too far? cmon bro. i was driving 2 hours at one time. its almost 45 mintues now to my gym. if you got the oportunity to train with some heavy hitters the rewards far outweigh the price. big dividends. mcviar used to drive 5 hours one way to train with crawford on saturdays. find ya buddy to go with ya and give it 6 months. yuoll lean enough in that time to hit it on your own then. you may even outlift sug.

I hear ya its an hour without traffic..i agree with ya though perhaps in the new year i can work something out. because i really need to be around those kinds of people... :Pat:
sug already benches more than me lol

you cannot put a price on it. it is priceless. your training will go to a new level, well beyond what you could have ever imagined.

when guys around you are benching 600 and squatting 900 it just gets ya all fired up. suddenly that PR on squats that has been illuding you is shattered by 50lbs in one day. then a month later anohter 50lbs is added. i seen it happen frequently at our gym. we got some young guys now training (16 years old) getting ready for their first meet in jan. there numbers have almost dbld in a just a few short months. its the atmosphere and being around dedicated people who refuse to lose.

and i can promise you those guys will love to have ya. esp the big guy. hes got his head on right. it shows. :)
