Could hypothyroid and low vitamin D cause hypogonadism?

That's good to read because I thought I would have to split a lot of times and I would become crazy look in my watch. I need to work well on natural thyroid because here in Brazil we don't have natural thyroid and T3 so I need to import and T3 is very expensive to import but natural thyroid is cheap. Do you think is good to see my ferritin, b12, vitamin D too? Because I think if I supplement those vitamins my reverse T3 would decrease and then I could just go on in natural thyroid. Also I would like to ask if its possible to correct adrenal fatigue with natural thyroid. All I want is to get my life back, my energy, my sex drive, my concentration, my memory. If possible I would like to use anything but testosterone

It is definitely good to test your ferritin, Vitamin D, and B12. Additionally, you might have really low iodine levels and they play a huge role in the thyroid function. Research that some. It is possible to correct adrenal fatigue with several things. There are just so many variables. In my experience, I have taken some adrenal supplements that have helped like Licorice root and Adreset. Both are made by a company called Metagenics. Secondly, it is important to balance your blood sugar. Eat every 2-3 hours and eat foods that won't spike your blood sugar levels. So if you eat a big bowl of ice cream, your adrenals are going to pump out cortisol to respond to the increased blood sugar levels. That is what stresses the adrenals. Make sure you are getting plenty of sleep. You probably don't want to over do it in the gym. I also cut all caffeine out of my diet as well. Those changes can make the world of a difference. A paleo style of diet has worked wonders for me too. If your Ferritin levels are too low, you will have a hard time with T3. Read up on this site. This gives you a good idea about RT3: Reverse T3 and Thyroid resistance

I sent you a message as well.

I tried to send you a message but I don't know why I can't send you. I asked how is your routine now what supplements do you take and when you started to feel better. Also could you tell me your symptons before treating and now how you are? I have an important question if I supplement my adrenals as you do, is not necessary to take pregnenolone right? Or it's something different? Because I don't know I think supplementing adrenals the pregnenolone will raise too
