Haha. Yes I do man. Good progress though man. Dbol will pack on some more in the next few weeks too. I might eat some for breakfast tomorrowl. lol.
 
Yeah hopefully my stomach can handle it doesnt fsr out to good with dbol but it might be the capsule format they come in, hasnt bohered me yet the last few days as it usually does
Might have to up the cals abit sitting at rougly around 3600 cals a day, been sitting at 212 for a few weeks now
 
Just upped the tren last wed from 100-150mg eod, and added in some dbol the last few days as I have 2 weeks of dbol left from previous blast so I figured id use it up
Aml is some pretty potent gear, def get your bang for the buck
 
I would tend to agree on your upping the Cals Matt. In the last 2 weeks you like yoo have leaned out and actually gotten more vascular in the arms (biceps in particular) and actually seem a little smaller there, from your pics 3 weeks ago. Leaner veiny is a good look, but you are shooting for size in the pipes right? Just my thought on what I seem to have noticed over the last 3 sets of pics. This week the biceps are particularly veiny (vascular if you will). Excellent job so far no matter how you cut it.
 
I'd hire 3j. Again not trying to come off as a dick but i see typical results of someone running gear especially for such a long period of time. I'd also up the cals. You're shoulders, traps, arms look small. How much you weighing?

Well after my 15 week cut I droped down to 195 and my arms lost some mass as well, when I started this blast they were 16" now they are sittingat 17 1/4,

Yea you do look a little leaner in the arms Matt. What are your lifts looking like? I've been following your cycle cause yours is running parallel with mine. Tren leans me out but gives me Insaine strength.

Tues back
Wed legs
Thurs shoulders
Whatever I feel like hitting
Spend roughly 2 or so hours in the gym ed, but been hitting srms ed aftet my initial routine, 3 sets of each for bi and tris
Usually been hitting the gym tho 6 days a week with sundays off during this blast, just cant get enough lol
 
One reason I held off on the igf1 des for my bi and tri region this time around, as I have been putting on some good size on my arms this blast, changed up my routine for arms, added in dips and one armd db skull crushers, also for bi's I added in 21's, usually statt with that bb 21's only using 60lbs and getting a great pump, 3 sets
Then off to seated incline db curls 3 sets, and usually end the routine with one arm db preacher curls keeping the palms facing up and squezzing the shit out of them, usually only do 35lbs db and superset with 25's
