One reason I held off on the igf1 des for my bi and tri region this time around, as I have been putting on some good size on my arms this blast, changed up my routine for arms, added in dips and one armd db skull crushers, also for bi's I added in 21's, usually statt with that bb 21's only using 60lbs and getting a great pump, 3 sets
Then off to seated incline db curls 3 sets, and usually end the routine with one arm db preacher curls keeping the palms facing up and squezzing the shit out of them, usually only do 35lbs db and superset with 25's
