Cramping/Cycle Advice

Please excuse me if this is incorrect but I think its ok to start a new thread* with a new subject right? Anyhow.

Yesterday I started my third* cycle granted my first two were only test, low d bol dose in the second. I started 20mcg Clen, 50 mg winni (1o mg tabs) spread through out the day, than half cc 100mcg/ml Tren Hex (Hex becasue its the only thing available to me). Added T3 today and will be adding HCG or Test E. COMMENTS WELCOME PLEASE.

Anyway my biggest concern so far is the cramps? Like freak weird cramps. Got to the gym, start with some brief stretching, run HIIT for 9 minutes (3-5 min warm up, run hard for 30 sec, 1min brake, repeat) and of course my legs hurt, got right into my chest workout, strength was DOWN, I cramped on the bench real bad, cramped during pec dec, cramped on cables, left side mainlyfrom neck to finger tip. tris were fine, but everything else SUCKED. So I get home I'm just laying around and my leg goes like numb cramping crazy in my calf ankle and foot I get up and on the opposite leg my quad pinches real hard. Got up walked it off popped some NSAID tried to sleep. What gves guys, any ideas?

I d warm up lightly...save it for the weights...aas pull lot s of fluid in the muscle s so drink lots of water and maybe add a potassium supplement to your diet ??
Stretch the muscle s you know will cramp...
Also dbol crampsme vis back pumps that can run me outta the gtm at times...others will give more input

Thanks bro, I havent been on Dbol in foreverrr, but the muscles cramping werent the ones being worked to the fullest extent, maybe the HIIT cramps just hit my legs real late? Wish you all the best as well.
 
I finished posting that last post and then thought.. Yesterday I had lowered my water intake by half when I was lifting only, still drank more than average amount through out the day, not what I'm uste to drinking but more than others, but I once read when your using Winni drink less water? I boy I hope thats what caused the cramps..
