cramps or should I say spasm!

I was just wonderin if yall ever have really hard spasms after a traning session?It seems like for the past month after I do bi's or chest I get bad muscle spasm in them.Mostly bi's they will cramp so hard that I have to pull my arm down and force my hand open.Just wonderin if this is bad what causes it and how to get rid of it.
 
I usually get them in my forearms and biceps. A couple of days ago I went back to work after my workout to do a presentation. While writing on the whiteboard in front of an audience, my arm locked up and I needed to pull it back down with my other arm. I think stretching and a good diet keeps these spasms from getting too severe.
 
It is often due to vitamin/mineral deficiancies. I USED to get them when my nutrition was shit. Since supplementing my diet correctly, there are never any probs. I have had many training clients tell me they USED to have problems until they started the supplement stack I gave them. If all you do is get one of the multi-paks like the Animal pak, or one from Beverly Internaional you will likely find the problems go away. That is unless you are doing a bunch of shit like 6 drop sets in a row, or other super-duper BB'ing specilized techniques guaranteed to....shrink you to oblivion.
