creatine and breaking times.........

I am banned!
I have used creatine for a long time now, I always go 8 weeks on 3 weeks off. I did allot of research on proper dosing about 7 years ago now I am reading that a break is not necessary. Does anyone have Any up to date info on this because I would rather just keep using it year round.

I don't know why you even take a break from it day-wise. You build it to saturation levels and keep it there to enjoy the benefits. The only real issue is if you don't hydrate enough, but that was mostly a risk with the original crystalline form that really wrecked havoc on your renal system as it drew so much water into your tissues. It's still very important, but I'd imagine that if your diet and training are on the level, you're consuming enough water too.

Short answer: No, you can remain on it indefinitely.

Although, i ran creatine mono for over a year straight and just recently took about a 12 week break. Ive since started back up again and the gains are actually pretty unreal not sure if it was the break or the fact im just not used to the initial boost you get from it cuz its been so long since ive had that. Either way, all good!

Do you notice a rise in water retention and blood pressure ? I stopped taking creatine when my BP got out of control,, but I've read conflicting things in regards to creatine and blood pressure.

That's crazy how you can notice the gains from Creatine, when you've just not long finished a Tren cycle... chalk and cheese surely!

You must have potent Pharma Creatine brother - none of this UGL nonsense!

Bloodpressure is still bang on where it should be, i check it last week and it was 125/62. I assume there is some water retentiom as my muscle are crazy full but there is not watery layer over top of them. Im actually blown away from the results. Ive never had it so pronounced before.

Ya crazy hey. I basically dropped every single supplement i was taking when I came off my last blast. Basically just to flush the system out for a while. No protein powder, no creatine, no multi. Nothing except food brother. Maybe thats why its such a drastic change. That or the fact im actuall injecting the creatine IM this time......................KIDDING, nobody should every try that, lol!!

Just some regular ol monohydrate man.

im really against the use of creatine.. yes, it has its benefits.. but people end up jacking up their renal system because they dont get enough water in or take too much of it

I take creatine but I am pretty sure it does absolutely nothing for me. I just keep taking it cause everyone else says it works.
