Creatine on the joints

I have taken creatine before and it gave me no pain in the joints (elbows), the only thing i am doing different is i am now rock climbing at an indoor rock gym like 3-4 times a week, i think this new stress on my joints could be causeing the elbow pain. but i have herd that creatine can cause problems with joints whats the deal?

if anything, it makes you hold some water making it more strenuous to move and joints could get sore from the extra weight

The only reason creatine would be bad on the joints is from the weight gain that is had from the water retention that adds pressure to your joints. But this is dose dependent. You're much better off going slowly at around 3g ED for 2-3 months, than doing the loading phase bullshit (like 20g ED for a week, followed by 5g ED). Unless you want the rapid weight gain, do the slow, steady route...

im taking a blend its called C4 decanoate made by kilo sports. like it so far, and i did some homework on climbing and the joint thing is normal for new climbers.. but yea the C4 is legit
