Creatine vs Glutamine

Ive read countless studies on these,and have gotten mixed and different answers,ive heard and read that they both compete for the same receptors and not to take them at the same time,it says also to take creatine pre workout and glutamine post workout,then other claims says take both at the same time,so im pretty much confused.Ive always took my creatine post workout and then glutamine later in the day or at bedtime and upon waking.......what would be the best schedule to take these products,how much of each and can you mix them and take together? Pleas explain and help me get my facts straight to set me on the right track,thanks all:Party:
 
hey bro... u always gonna get mixed reviews and .02. i take Jack3d 1.2 scoop and Methyl FX 1/2 scoop 30-45 mins pre workout. BCAA's can be taken anytime throughout the day, but ur body need nutrients to rebuild while sleeping (anabolic), so make sure to eat a meal 20 mins b4 bedtime. example 2 chicken breasts and a 2 cups brocoli and protein shake. I usually eat 6-10 eggs-sm salad-shake b4 bed. when i wake up to piss, I drink a muscle milk 20g's protein. I trying to gain weight... you might just want a can of tuna on a salad and a shake. good food for the body to grow, bro! :chomp:
