Ive read countless studies on these,and have gotten mixed and different answers,ive heard and read that they both compete for the same receptors and not to take them at the same time,it says also to take creatine pre workout and glutamine post workout,then other claims says take both at the same time,so im pretty much confused.Ive always took my creatine post workout and then glutamine later in the day or at bedtime and upon waking.......what would be the best schedule to take these products,how much of each and can you mix them and take together? Pleas explain and help me get my facts straight to set me on the right track,thanks all
