I thought it would be a cool idea to get a thread going of link to some credible, well organised studies to help back someone up against an ignorant Doctor. What do you think? I am beginning my search for some now, but if any of you have links to studies that really helped or show results black and white about the pros and cons and health risks, etc. Thank you!

New England Journal of Medicine had a good one that came out about 6-12 months ago. I can't remember the name of it though but it shouldn't be too hard to find.
