Crimper for finish and sterilisation?

Hello all,
And for start sorry for my bad english.

If I put my gear in empty 10ml vials how I must sterilise them.
I must use my crimper before or after?
I can put my vials with no rubber and Flipp Off in the oven at 275F for one hour and after close them?

Wash them with soap and water, bathe them in alcohol and then bake at 300.

Do not put them in the oven after you crimp them. They will explode.

Ok thanks for reply.

Some guys don't bake their final products.
So when I make my mixture in a beaker there is some air like in the open vials?

So if at the end I don't bake them it's not good?
