Hey Guys Ive been training Seriously for the last 3 Years. Im 20 years old.
Ive been following the the 5x5 routine with great success In the past but then changed to this:
Monday: Biceps, Triceps. and 2 set legs.
3x8 Preacher Curls Seated (Closegrip)
2x10 Cable curls (Dumbell movement) 1 arm at a time.
3x8 Preacher Curls, Standing with back against wall. (Outergrips)
3x8 Hammercurls with rope.
3x10 Overhead Triceps with dumbell(2 handed)
2 Dropsets(10x5x?) Bandpushdowns
3x10 Tricepspushdown (Bargrip)
2x5 Triceps Reversegrip pushdown.
Legs
3x10 legcurls.
3x10 legextension
Tuesday: Shoulders, Calfs.
3x8 Shoulder Press.
3x10 Front Raise with Dumbells (FAVOURITE)
3x8 sidedelts
3x10 Shrugs
2x10 Rear Delts.
4x10 Calfs.
Wednesday Rest.
Thursday: Back, Abdominal.
3x10 Seated Row (One Side at a time.)
3x10 lateral Pulldown (bar)
3x8 Pulldown (closegrip with another handle.)
3x8 Standing Row with bar.
2x10 Lower back.
Various abtraining, 10 sets.
Friday: Chest, Legs.
3x8 Benchpress
3x10 Pecdeck
3x8 lying pecflyes.
2x8 cableflyes.
2x8 Incline Press.
3x10 Hipflex
3x10 Innerthigh
Been Following This for the last 3 months And my shoulders have developed very well along with my biceps and triceps. Chest has improved and legs have grown pretty good. What Im lackin is Good delts to get that WIDE look. I know have very big Traps and VERY good Rear delts. But i want that ROUNDNESS in the shoulders. I want the Horizon Shoulders, Not the Mountain lookin ones.
I want you guys to Critique give me new routines and just help me
