critique my clean bulking diet please!

Hi guys
stats are 5"10, 170pound bf %10, ectomorph (very small frame) in fact people think i am 190pound
done about 4 cycles in the past but nothing recent until now i am doing test prop 100mg ever 1.5 day (450mg/ week) along with armidix .25 ed

OK lets get to the most important aspect of all this DIET!!!

8am Meal 1 1scoop whey protien + 1 1/2 cup of whole grain oats
40P/60C/11F

11am Meal 2 2cans of tuna + 20 almonds
42P/6C/25F

1pm Meal 3 220g chicken breast + 100 g brown pasta
55P/80C/10F

4pm Meal 4 PWO Nutrition
50P/50C/2F

6pm Meal 5 PPWO 220g chicken breast + 100 g brown pasta
55P/80C/10F

9pm meal 6 omelete 2whole eggs (7egg white)
40P/0C/14F

11pm = bedtime

works out to be around 3000-3100 calories
300P/300C/80F

I would appreciate any feedback from you guys, my only concern is having eggs late at night.. is that ok or not?

my other question is if i wanted to add more calories as i gain weight should it be carbs or fats and which meals??
 
looks ok to me. I would like to see some vegtables like brocoli, coli,squash, brussel sprouts in there and ofcourse, some red meat.
I wouldnt eat tuna everyday tho.I use to do the same, not the smartest idea.
 
Cand you tell why?One of my daily meals is almost each time made of tuna in mixture with something else.130gr though.
 
Thanks for the feedback i will add veggies and try to do lean steak/roast eod with tuna.. so i mix it up abit...

ok... and what is that?? are you eating 50g carbs worth of donuts??

so at 9pm you eat your eggs.. by 12am your body has processed all of it.. if your like everyone else.. you sleep 8hrs.. what do you think your body is doing after 12?? ITS STARVING ITSELF!!! which is exactly why you need a slow digesting protein before bed.. steak, casein, cottage cheese.. pick one.. the former being the best choice!!

add carbs to gain weight.. bulking should be carbs first then fats..

PWO i use dextrose 50g

so add low fat cottage cheese right before bed?? i sleep from 11;30 till 7;30 so yes 8hrs

so try eat more carbs during the day and stop around 6pm?? after that i can eat carbs from veggies right?

lean beef would be a better choice but cottage cheese does the job also..

i switch between the two personally
