Critique my cycle please!

As you can see I am still a rookie. I have taken a small deca cycle before and a deca/dbol cycle. I am not even sure if the gear was real or not. I bought them over the web and the seller has now fallen of the face of the Earth. Then I tried T-400 and some liquid dbol. Now I felt like I was cooking with grease. However, I didn't fully understand the importance of eating during these cycles, thus neglected it. Also my work out was a joke. Through all of this I have had minimal gaines, but I have noticed a difference and I have commited myself to getting educated on AS, diet, workout and myself.

I am currently 5'8'' 188lbs and 25%BF. (according to the scales at my gym)
I worked out everday for about 4 years when I played football in HS. I was 210lbs. 17% BF and pressed 355lbs. I was pretty stout and I was natural. Since then I have not been consistent about working out. I will go for about three months then I won't go at all for about a month or two. Now I truly feel that I have my head screwed on straight and I am ready to do it right. I would love your help.

My BMR is appromimately 2000 kcal
so I am going to consume 3500 kcal/day
420 g Protein
270 g Carbs
83 g fat

My new friend is a big time power lifter and he has connected me to someone to supply my gear... so I know it is real. My friend is massive and in my opinion takes tons of AS.
I developed myself a cycle and ran it buy him. He thought that I could beef it up a little, but like I said he takes tons of AS and I was wondering if this would be overdoing it. this is what we came up with:

Weeks (1-10) Deca 600/week
T-400 400/week
Sustanon 250 250/week
Weeks (1-12) Nolvadex 20mg/day
Weeks (1-5) Liquid dbol 100 mg/week
Propionate 200 mg/week
I work out 4 days a week M T Th F and these values will be split evenly into 4 injections that will be administered approximately 2 hours before workout.

At the beginning of week 13 I will undergo a 4 week clomid therapy cycle.

How does all of this sound to you?
 
First I would try to get your body fat down to about 10%. You are bound to put on some fat during your cycle, so to avoid being a porker, drop the fat before your cycle.

For you first cycle you should do test only. Do 350-500 mg of test a day. 350 would be a shot every 5 days,,,,,500 would be one shot 2Xweek.

You want to start with a test only cycle for a couple of reasons. First, since test should be the base for every cycle, if you do it alone you learn how you react to test. If you mix multiple gears, you won't know which gear has which effect. You can add additional gear in subsequent cycles.

Second, the gains you get from roids tend to diminsh with use. So it is best to use a reasonable dose of one type of gear for your first cycle. You can add additional gear as you need it in subsequent cycles.

Dude,,,,you do 500mg of sust a week, eat big, get plenty of sleep, you will get great gains. Keep nolva on hand in case of gyno,,,,and use the clomid for pct.

Clomid dose as follows:

Day 1 300mg a day
Day 2-11 100mg a day
Day 12-21 50 mg a day.

Also I find the following helpful, for the entire 3 weeks use:
20mg of nolvadex a day
250 mg dhea
1-3 g of tribulus terrestris a day

I also like to start using creatine at the end of my cycle for strength and size.

i would drop the sust run the t400 around 5-750p/wk, drop the dbol down to 35-40 mg p/day and add the deca at 500 mg or so a week and drop the prop.
 
Since you've never used test don't go over 500mg. You don't need 600mg of deca since you're adding the test
