Critique My Cycle Please!

Stats:
Age: 24
Height: 5.9
Weight: 210
Bf%: 18

Previous Cycle: test e and test p 500mg a week cycle gained about 30 pounds the bulk was pretty darn dirty hence I ended up with 18% bf -.- (didn't had much experience and know how, learning from my own mistake)

Genetics: well you can see in the avatar :p other then that I am highly prone to mpb which I got covered currently by azelic acid (cream) 20%, ketocanazole (cream) 20% and minoxidil 5% once daily. Currently I am down to zero hair shed (4-5 hairs daily at the most) so consider that while critiquing my cycle.

Diet: As it is the most important part of any of your goals, so I thought of mentioning it as well:
Calories: 1800
Protein: 200grams
Carbs: 150 grams
Fats: 30 grams
Would keep adjusting calories and macros as weight or bf fluctuates.
Not a big believer in supplements so I get all my nutrition from nutrient dense food such as fish, chicken breast, brown rice, sweet potatoes, cucumber, etc.

Supplements:

- Before Breakfast:
L-Glutamine 5 gram
Cranberry juice extract (250ml)
L-lysine 1 gram
B complex

- Before Training:
Centrum (Vitamins)
Nitirix ( 2 tabs)
Tribulus ( 1 gram)
Vitamin C ( 1 gram )

-Cycle:
Primobolan: 500mg a week
Test e: 125 mg a week
Aromasin: 1 tab a week
( All the stuff i get is from a pharmacy, luckily uncle happens to be a pharmacist in Germany lucky my lol )

Goals:
.Get as ripped as humanly possible while retaining my muscles or maybe build a few pounds along the way would be great!

- Drop your body fat to under 16% before cycling to avoid aromatase excess.
The lower your body fat, the less aromatase enzymes you carry. This will help you manage estrogen easier and prevent amplified side effects such as water retention, blood pressure, gynecomastia, erectile dysfunction, etc..

- I normally don't recommend 2 compounds
While primobolan is mild with respect to side effects, 12 weeks would not suffice. And 500mg is a low dose. Primobolan should be used at 750mg + for extended periods, beyond 16 weeks preferably. For that reason I recommend that you cycle with testosterone only for your first cycle, so that you can keep it at 12 weeks and learn how your body reacts to testosterone alone.

- Go with Test E and focus on diet.
Contrary to popular belief, steroids will not do much unless your nutritional plan is adequate to your goals. You can cut just fine with testosterone and have outstanding results. 500mg weekly for 12 weeks would be a great first cycle.

- Control estrgen on cycle
You'll need an aromatase inhibitor on cycle to prevent testosterone from converting to estrogen too much. Otherwise it would be problematic. Choose an easy to manage blocker, such as aromasin or arimidex. I see you chose aromasin, which is great, but it will not be effective dosed once weekly. Needs to be dosed daily. With 500mg of testosterone, 25mg daily is a good start.

- Consider hCG on cycle
hCG on cycle will help you recover faster by maintaining function in your testes. It will also prevent testicular atrophy.

- Plan for a thereptic session post cycle for recovery
As your HPTA will be supressed on cycle, you'll need to perform post cycle therapy in order to restart your natural HPTA system. This should include both clomid and nolva. Should you follow my cycle advice above, you can run clomid at 100/50/50/50 and nolva at 40/20/20/20.

Alright I will drop the bf first and as i mentioned I already did a test e cycle, this would be my second cycle and moreover I have no issues running primo for 16 weeks, O have the gear.

Thanks for the quick reply brother, so I will follow the protocol you mentioned and lets see what results I get. One more question, considering my diet and go all out on my weight training which I love. Would i really need to do any cardio because I hate doing cardio :/

Lol. I'm not a fan of cardio either. But that depends on your needs. You just need to adjust cardio based on your caloric intake vs expenditure ratio.
 
Well as I said critique my cycle, would you be kind enough to lay out macros and caloric intake for me which you think would be optimal on cycle? Just keep in mind my stats and my goal is to go down to single digit bf.
1800 cal seems light on cycle.
 
Single digit and retain muscle? I would think your carbs are good, but maybe up protein and good fats. Contact 3J from this board.
