Critique My Training Split

I am banned!
What muscle groups are the best to pair up on a training split. My current workout is as follows switching between the three workouts everyweek and then do rotation all over again so I can target one upper body part a week. I occaisionally take off a day in the week depending how I feel. Any suggestions on this order??

Week 1

Mon Chest
Tues Legs
Wed Back/Triceps
Thrus Shoulders/Biceps
Fri OFF
Sat OFF

Week 2

Mon Back
Tues Legs
Wed Chest/Triceps
Thrus Shoulders/Biceps
Fri OFF
Sat OFF

Week 3

Mon Shoulders
Tues Legs
Wed Chest/Triceps
Thrus Back/Biceps
Fri OFF
Sat OFF

dude either put chest/tris together and back,biceps together or do a chest day,back day and arms day . ur gunna snap ur shoulders soon.

I figured by pairing back and biceps, chest and triceps u pre fatique those muscles w the primary body part. When it comes to working biceps and triceps u won't have maximum strength to give those muscles 100%.
 
Don't change up your routine every week, change it every month. That way you're giving your muscles enough time to adjust and grow to your routine. Then so you won't plateu you change it again at the end of the month.:wavey:
