Ok ill be taking prop/sust 350 bridging with arimidex on hand, nolva, clomid.

Ill start off by saying i am not at my person max for working out/gaining weight naturally but i just want to do a cycle whether i keep most the gains or just some. Either way im doing it ! ive done my research/questions on everything about the cycle part now im curious on the routine part. Now from what i read over training is what i want to do because it wont matter as its not like my test will be depleted since ill be pinning always. Now to save my joints i want a decent routine that will yield me good results but not add like 50 lbs so fast and mess with my body (someone told me it could happen to small guys)

Im 155 lbs 5'9 been working out on and off for a few years. Plus my job i lift heavy ladders all day.

So my idea of an on cycle routine would be as follows:

5 day split mon-saturday:
day 1 chest/abs
incline bb
flat bb
flies

day 2:legs / light cardio in morning, workout at night.
squat
straight leg deads
leg press
calfs

day 3:back
wide grip pull ups
close grip bb rows
deadlifts

day 4 shoulder
bb military press
side raises
bent over raises
shrugs

day 5 abs/cardio

day 6: arms
db curls
preacher curls
rope push downs
hammer curls

Didnt go into much depth but im going to not do anything crazy like 10 sets of each. Ill stay within limits. Now im just wondering if what my knowledge is telling me about overtraining to an extent is really good. If anyone can touch on a routine that would work good for me considering what im taking n stuff. With including cardio. I also do a lot of stretching from yoga etc.
