Im fixen to start my first cycle and I wanna make sure everything is perfect expecially the diet.. Help me out with this..
12:00pm: 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs
******** bowl of oatmeal with one tbsp of penut butter
******** 2 pieces of whole wheat toast
2:00pm : 2 chicken breast's or hamburger's
3:30pm : protien shake with water
3:30pm : workout
4:30pm : protien shake with water
6:30pm : 2 chicken breast's or hamburger's
8:30pm : 2 cans tuna
10:30pm: n large 2 by prolab with 1 tbsp flax oil
1:00am : 3 servings beef tenderloins
2:00am : 2 cans tuna
3:00am : protein shake mixed with low fat milk
*SLEEP,SLEEP,SLEEP AT LEAST 8 OR 9 HOURS
*AT LEAST A GALLON TO TWO GALLONS WATER A DAY
*ILL ALSO EAT INBETWEEN TIME'S IF I GET HUNGRY
The reason it start's at noon is cuz I work nights... Times will also vary by a little...
What do ya think? Do I still need help???
Im 6' 200lbs dont know BF but prolly around 13-16% This is a bulking cycle and I wanna put on about 20 to 30 lbs.
