Whats up guys, this is my first post here. I'm currently 6'2, fluctuating around 210-215 at about 14%bf. I used to be 280/25%bf and slowly dropped to where I am now over the past 3 years. I just finished my 4 yrs of college baseball and am in between runninng Test E and/or Anavar (the only gear that people I know personally have tried). I've put in my own research but hopefully you guys can help me to have all the info I need on my own thread.
 
I forgot to add: I had dropped down to 205 and have gotten up to where I am now on natty boosters, protein, creatine, and multi. Should I consider a pro hormone before starting up.
 
Go with test only fir your first cycle. 500mg a wk 10-12 wks. Have an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) on hand for gyno and your pct lined up before you start. And eat like mad. I'd say at your weight you should take in 4500-5000 cals a day at start but make it clean. Good luck and welcome to ology
 
Thanks for the info. I've been making my gains at 2500-3500cals/day. When I go higher then that for too long I loose w/e abs I had showing. Im also still battling some loose skin arounnd lower abdomen and inner thighs, it was improving but seems to have stopped. Any advice on that
 
Since this will be your first cycle, you want to make the most out of it and gain as much as you can. You can follow your cycle up with a cutting phase to get your abs back but for this one I'd eat like a Viking. As far as lose skin goes the best way to get rid of it is to fill that skin in with muscle! I don't know what your workout plan is but for abs do weighted exercises to real tear those muscles instead of reg crunches or sit ups. Tons of ab workouts that will make the muscles bigger. Same with thighs. Jump on the machines and build those muscles up. The skin will fill in... Eventually! Unless you have a ton and then I'm pretty sure you gotta go under the knife. I was a little hefty myself and lost a ton of weight and had some lose skin but most all of it's gone away from training.
 
Oh and let me edit my first reply. I misread and thought you were at 280 now when I said you should take in 5000 cals from the start! Ha. If you're at 2500-3500 now I'd probably start at 4000 when you start your cycle and go up as your making gains
 
Yeah sounds good. Get some aromasin or armidex to have on hand in case of gyno but with your body type you might wanna go ahead and run it so you don't have to worry about it.
