add weight when doing crunches and do them on a decline bench. Then u won't have to do so many and it will help build up your abs. Also diet and cardio is pretty much a must if u want 2 c your abs.
you could also use a high pulley cable. use the rope attachment.
leg raises, knee lifts, crunches on a swiss ball, side bends...
but diet is the main key. lots of cardio and clean eating.
