Curious thing about TT and injection amount

I heard that the pendulum swing mimics real life test levels more - but I found myself hating it. I was initially on a two week injection cycle and by the time my next shot rolled around I was hating life again. I prefer the even keel of good.

I think most would agree that 2 weeks is too long .... but the differences in EOD, twice a week or once a week might be a hair worth splitting if a person is trying to find the perfect zen point for them.

I originally made the decision for sub-q injections because I was deathly afraid of needles. I was sweating bullets my first injection which I took in the belly. I rotated sides of the belly for a period of time but each injection left a short lived lump under the skin and every once in a great while I would get some bruising and slight stinging pain a the time of the injection.

I started doing sub-q to the thigh by pinching a fold of skin on the front part and injecting into it. Still go the lumps but no stinging and no bruising.

I took my IM shot this morning which makes my 6th such injection .... zero pain. Zero lumps. Now that I have overcome that psychological hurdle of injecting I do not see myself ever going back to sub-q ...... but that was a lesson I had to learn on my own.
