I've gone from 191 to 209 since Nov. 11th, 12. Im leaner without any cardio accept for walking my dogs 2 miles a day. Ive pinned 500mg of test e without any significant sides. One piss off though, my bench strength just hasn't been there like I hoped. If you saw me, at 210lbs you'd guess Id could do 275 for 4 at least. But I struggle with 225. Buddy who can do 315 8 x tells me to work on shoulder and tricep strength. My ego is taking a hit cause I have strong legs. Anyhow, important to remember its not a race. Decent results so far with 3 weeks left before cutting cycle.
