so I've been taking out calories but my weight is slowly increasing instead of decreasing. could I be gaining muscle during a calorie deficiency due to the feed efficiency of tren? or is my body just retarded and getting fatter in a calorie deficit?

I've also added 30 minutes of cardio/day on top of my daily bike ride which is 10+ miles on school days, around 5 on weekends, we had this week off.

more cardio + clen + T4 + calorie deficit = weight gain???

Well I think before I or anyone suggest taking out more calories...I would like to see your stats and what your diet looks like? What are you getting in each day?
I would have to say though that you are most likely correct...you are putting on muscle even with the lower calories because of the tren. Don't forget though...more muscle means more calories burned even in a resting state.
How much weight did you gain? Did you take measurements? How much gear are you running? Many questions to ask before you reduce any calories....

my diet is 1300g of uncooked chicken breast spread across 5 meals. 1.5cups "uncooked" of brown rice spread across the first 2 meals. and .5 cups cups of white rice post workout for my 3rd meal. last 2 meals have just chicken and salad with no dressing. the only things i'm using to flavor my food are a little salt "not every day, just if i want it", kimchi, and garlic paste.

I started this cycle monday but couldn't get my scale to work, first weigh in was on thursday at 108.4 kg
friday: 109.4 kg
saturday: 108.2kg
sunday: 110kg
so while it's not enough data to be 100% sure 3 out of 4 weigh-ins suggest i'm gaining weight.
I'm using about 200mg of tren-a, test-p,masteron/wk. it's the gen-shi pre-mixed stuff. ED injection.

I got it from a dealer, not online, but the friend that hooked me up says this guy supplies most of the athletes in istanbul and is legit. my friend went back to turkey and made the deal, and the guy sent it to me here in japan.

I wasn't thinking that your gear wasn't good or anything.
So are you saying your using a mix of them all and your only doing 200mg a week?
Or 200mg ED? I am just a little confused.
As for your diet...I personally think it is jacked up..... Are you saying that chicken breast and brown rice is all you eat? Everyday? Where are your fats? Where are your veggies? I know your cutting but you still NEED fats. Good fats are essential!
You would be very hard pressed to continue very long on just these foods alone. I mean...you will survive obviously..but your body won't be in the best place it can be for muscle growth or fat loss. I strongly suggest you visit the diet section and re-think your diet quickly. Good luck to you and keep up posted!

Also...you are jumping to conclusions quickly anyway..I know your gear is fast acting esters...but give it time. You only started it this past monday and your weight moved a little...not a big deal and far to early to tell. You could also be retaining some water, again I know with these compounds and esters some say they don't retain water...but that increase you have seen still could be just some water going into your muscles...I wouldn't worry so quickly.... Make sure you are drinking at least a gallon of water every day.

it comes out to 200mg of each per wk. so 600mg total.

I think there is enough fat in the chicken breast for dieting, I just don't want added fats, there's plenty of reputational trainers who don't use added fats. noel fuller on the MD forums doesn't.

I think you missed the part about me having kimchi with my first two meals, and salad with my last two. that's basically 4 salads a day.

I will get quite a big influx of fat once a week for a cheatmeal.
I'm pretty sure every cheat meal is going to be revolving sushi, and lots of them have mayonnaise, some have beef, different sauces, avocado etc.

Well good luck to you on your diet, this will be your most important part of the whole thing. It looks like you are doing enough cardio for the fat loss your looking for. Which I think you said is 30 min of cardio daily and a 10+ mile bike ride daily. I assume you are working out too? If not you should. Gaining quality muscle will help keep the fat off after your cycle.
I guess personally I couldn't do a diet like this, way to strict for me. I need my eggs, milk, cottage cheese, steak, fish, shrimp, almonds, chicken, turkey, sweet potato, Whey, Casein, broccoli, beans, salads, spinach, apples, bananas, well you get the point...the list goes on and on. I have a really spread out diet so I guess I couldn't imagine being on your diet. I mean I can be very strict when I need to be but I still try to get a variety in my diet of clean wholesome foods. Well good luck to you anyway and keep us all posted. I wish you the best of luck and keep up the hard work.
