Hi Guys,

I've posted this in the burning fat section but thought I'd post here aswell for some more opinins. I'm 3 weeks in to a 10 week cutting cycle, looking to drop my bodyfat to around 10% or better still, into single digits!

Stats:
95kg
5ft 11"
14% bodyfat
waist 34.5"

My Diet:
2100-2400 calories
300g protein,120g carbs,50g fat
Refeeding x1 per week at maintenance (3000-3200) aiming for 500g carbs and 190g of protein.

Cycle:
test prop 50mg E.O.D
tren a 75mg E.O.D
clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off
Thinking about adding anavar at 80mg per day up until PCT.

Training 4x per week and doing cardio on off days.

How does my calories and macros look?
Is it realistic to drop my bodyfat to around 10% or even lower before the cycle ends?
I was thinking about dropping the maintenance calorie refeed and just up the carbs once a week but not going over 2100-2400 calories. Hoping this would speed up the fatloss, what do you think?

increase the fats, shoot for 0.5g per lb of lbm, fats are more essential to the body than carbs, used for hormone control etc, hit the fats and protein and use carbs just to reach the cals your aiming for

He may be able to get away with lower fat intake (0.3-0.35g/lb) due to the fact he is injecting exogenous hormones.

Also, OP, what is your maintenance? You could probably cut on higher calories than that.

My Maintenance is between 3000-3200 calories. I've adjusted my macros and calories slightly this week to see if I notice a difference. Macros now are 300g protein, 130g carbs, 65g fat. Calories are at 2350.

Any more comments? There all appreciated!

Drinking aroung 5,6L of water a day and I believe diet is on point. I guess I just need to be patient
and keep up with the cardio?!

when you wake up, do 30 minutes of cardio, your system will start up. Eat after when your back to home.

I've just added 40 mins of cardio postworkout since I cant get to the gym first thing in the morning. Would this be okay instead of cardio first thing?

Every time I have been really successful losing body fat, my plan included some kind of morning "jumpstart" for my metabolism. You don't necessarily have to go to the gym, but get that blood up and pumping somehow or another, and it will be a definite aid in your project--that has been my experience.
