Cutting Diet, Gaining Weight?

Ok here is the diet that I have been using but I dont seem to be dropping BF. I am cosuming High amounts of protien, low carbs, low cals and low fat. My diet is kinda messed up because of work but it looks like this:

8am 50g protien shake, Low Carb yogurt

11am Chicken breast, 2 low fat string cheese

1pm 50g Protien Shake

4pm Can of tuna and protien shake and low carb yogurt

5pm train

Here is where shit gets screwey in my diet, from 630 til I go to bed I pretty much consistantly eat high protein snacks. From 630 on my diet will look something like this.

630pm - 11pm: Protien Shake, Lean hamburger patties no bread, 8 peices of turkey lunchmeat, 1 cup of veggies, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, Low carb yogurt another protien shake and maybe a couple more snacks like this.

I pretty much just snack on a whole bunch of things like this until I go to bed.

Now my question is I eat alot of protien and none of the food is bad but I eat alot of it cuz im so damn hungry, but will I gain fat doing this?

I have been on Prop and tren for the last 5 days, and I have gained about 12lbs. I am taking proviron and Nolvadex as well and I am about to get some liquedex for the water weight.

Any excess calories can be stored as fat, regardless of whether is came from fats, carbs or protein.

What is your height, weight, etc? What is your daily caloric intake? What was it prior to cutting?

Just looking over your diet, looks like you need to add to some EFA's, and a good pwo shake.

6'4" 275lbs, My daily caloric intake is about 3200 cals and before that it was probably at about 4000, I take glutamine with my protien shake after workouts and take flax seed oil.

The weight you're currently gaining is most likely water weight from the test, but in the end Vigilance is right. If you take in more cals than you burn you will gain weight. If you're looking to get lean, you need to add some cardio in the AM before you eat anything. This not only burns fat, but revs up the metabolism for the next few hours after. Are you taking any thermogenics?

No thermogenics right now, and it is pretty much impossible for me to do cardio in the morning, I wake up at 6:00am as it is for work. And Im not much of a morning person. I am going to add an ECA stack to the mix and drop my cals even lower. I have not even started my cardio routine yet but I wanted to drop some weight from dieting first and then when that stalls I would start cardio at 45 minutes 3x a week and up it as needed
