So I broke my shoulder last July and was out from most activity for the better part of the rest of the year. I put on a lot of bad weight during this time and in December I finally got my ass back to it. I really want to lean out before I tried any bulking or cycles and so far I have dumped about 25lbs but along with that I have lost a lot of muscle mass too. Should I just keep at it till I get down to a good body fat % and then start hammering the calories? just trying to lose fat and build muscle at the same time is nucking futz. I am at the gym 7 days a week, lifting one day and cardio the next
