Cutting in between cycles?

Hey guys! I'm just wrapping up my first cycle, 500mg/wk Test E for 12 weeks. Currently on week 1 of post cycle therapy (pct). I loved the gains I saw from this cycle, and am planning on running another after my "time off," which I've been told is cycle time+PCT time (so 16 weeks?).

I was wondering if it would be wise for me to cut during this 16 week period? My reasoning for this is that I've gotten up to around %15 BF while on cycle, and I know that one shouldn't bulk when over that threshold... I know I will lose some gains, but hopefully not all?

Time ON+Ester clearing time+PCT=Time OFF (18 weeks based on your cycle)

oh, okay, no biggie. So I should cut for 18 weeks instead? I was thinking of doing a 12 week cutting plan, three week bumper on either side to gradually increase/decrease calories
 
You can do whatever you wish. You can achieve any goal that you have with a proper diet. Dosn't matter if it's cutting/bulking or ON/OFF cycle...
 
Many ppl find when you cut in pct that u loose more gains. Idk how ur diet is but u need to make sure it's in check and I wouldn't eat less than ur maintenance intell u get off of ur post cycle therapy (pct). that's just me tho. If u need diet help go to the diet forum and 3j will b more than willing to help u out. But as said u can do anything u want. Good luck.

I agree with this. Calorie deficit is not great for hormone levels when you are not using. Post cycle trying to recover from hpta shutdown would probably be even worse. I am about to take the dive myself and I won't go into a deficit until after my post cycle therapy (pct), and I will probably get blood work done first to check where my levels are at comparing to prior.

I wasn't planning on changing my diet until after post cycle therapy (pct), I was gonna eat at maintenance for 2-3 weeks after post cycle therapy (pct), then cut. Is that a good plan?

Hey bro just saw this on the front page:

At the bottom it has a way to come off cycle while bulking and how to adjust your calories while running post cycle therapy (pct). Basically you overshoot your last caloric intake by 200 cals while running PCT until recovery is complete. Once your recovery has been completed I do not see why you couldn't cut.
