my dbol-test-cycle updated!!!4-18-06

hey whats up guys.......im going to be updating this ed/eod on everything im eating my training and so on......im going to post before and after pics after the cycle...will post before pics and update pics around the 5th or 6th week.....right now im 5'10 210 and around 17 bf......ive been lifting on and off since begining of high school which was 6 or 7 years ago....i have an ectomorph body for everyones information.....my goal for this cycle is loss of bodyfat, some muscle, and strength........i have been a member of this and numerous other for 3 or so years so i know some stuff..and researched...


stuff i will be using:
test prop
clen
t3
e/c/a
femara
nolva (on hand)
tren(later in cycle, maybe around 7th week or so)

w/ update within 2 days on diet...should be starting next week

well im only gonna run the t3 and clen about 8 weeks.......then thats probably when ill add in the tren, or maybe even even run the t3 at 25mcg a day just to be on a safe side of not adding any fat at all.....but my goal in my head right now is 15 weeks.....
 
first day on.......!!!!!!

breakfast- had a muscle milk shake
lunch-alot of chicken with some veggies
snack-lean body
post workout-muscle milk
dinner-ground turkey with baked potato
before bed-2 cans of tuna

now i know the first thing said is i didnt eat enough...duh!...for some reason i felt like creap today,i had to force everything in my mouth....knowing my appetite though this shoulnt be like this forever..

shot 100mg of test prop in bicep
took 2.5 mg of femara
50 mcg of t3
e/c/a pre-workout


first day is always the worst for me.....guess i just gotta get back into it, its been sometime since my last cycle

let me say that i got the worst flu of my life almost every other day up until 20th or so of march............this was very bad, i dont know what was going on...........but im switching up and i got some test enanthate that im gonna be running at 500mg/week..........also going to kick off with dbol just so i dont feel like creap in gym, i still am cutting, so i will be no carbing with t3,clen,letro
 
update on cycle------been on dbol and test for about 2.5 weeks......just started running clen two days ago along w/ t3 and letro...........diet has been pretty good, ive been trying for 300 gram sof protein but have ended up with 250 or so along with around 70 carbs and 80 grams of fat-estimated-im going to push for 300+ from now on---i seem to be leaning out alittle in the stomach area....not much tho....im going to increase my cardio alot


weight currently is 218


dosages-dbol-50
test ent-500mg/week

mon-clen at 50mcg
t3-50mcg
tues-clen 50mcg
t3-50mcg
letro-2.5mg


today-dbol at 50
clen at 75mcg
t3 at 50mcg

did back yesterday

felt alittle bit stronger.....decent workout....

i took in rougly 260-80 grams of protein......diet was clean all day..took in a gallon of water

i did clen at 75mcg
t3 at 50mcg


woke up this monring and weight was currently 214.8

today im off

I think you need to get your revise your cycle goals. You want to lose body fat, muscle and strength? LOL i'm just bustin your balls. Keep up with the good work, looks like your off to a good start.

yea, nothin great yet, but my arms feel like there getting alittle bigger......chest is lagging and delts are lagging.....

its only my 3rd week tho lol so......this morning on scale i was 221 or so

i hit the gym early around 10......i had a magnificent shoulder workout....strenght really seemed to sky rocket today....diet was clean all day

the clen is kicking my ass but is working.....t3 is just sick
did some good cardio...

as soon as i get paid this week i will be getting some tren a

so cycle somewhat looks like this

test enanthate- 1-?(shooting for 12+)@500mg/week
dbol 1-4 @50mg/day
tren a 5-12+ @ 100mg eod

i dont mind the eod shots of tren, its fine with me
 
overrall good day, diet was clean throughout day,im still focusing on moderate carbs and high pro, im keeping the carbs under 100......will cut even more once i start tren in 2 weeks....


truthfully im not doing enough cardio....im determined to wake my ass up every morning now and do it, b/c thats where ill get the fat loss im looking for....btw i did carido tonite n it kicked ass!!


did chest today-felt great my first exercise and i lifted a freegin ton of weight, but after i seemed somewhat tired.....i worked on solid reps 2nite (high reps and burnouts)....my chest is by far the worst part on me so im gonna start to hit twice a week, one session heavy, and one session moderate

if anyone else has any suggestions please comment...

off today, diet absolutely clean all day......did cardio in morning..........carbs around maybe 70 today.......as soon as i start tren tho im going to no carbs
 
diet blew balls after 7:30........w/e tho i worked hard during the week, just got to work even harder.........i know it sounds weird but i cant wait for no carbs in 1 week!!!!!!

just ordered up 20 more ml's of test and 30mls of tren ace....


next week im bumping test to 750.....running dbol still at 50......

once tren comes in its no joke, this will be my transformation time, im psyched and pumped


tren will be at MWF 150mg each day
 
hit up arms on monday and shoulders tonight...........workouts have been good, been supersetting and drop setting like crazy, just to change it up.......cant wait to get off this dbol, even thought my strenght has gone up rapidly, these pumps i get suck,lol i like cant even move, plus the bloat is killling me.......as soon as tren arrives then im gonna throw that in there at 450mg/week.........
 
im up right now so late cuz i just got done playing cards, not partying with booze while on dbols!!!!.......

diet clean all day....did chest after work 2nite, focused mainly on squeezing at the top.......did tons and tons of crossovers and flyes.....


i didnt write it hear but i did on another board i think, since my chest is worst part im gonna start hitting it twice a week, one moderate, 2 heavy
