Cutting, never done it before. where to begin

Ok, im 23 5'11 208bf with some gut and fat. I have never cut before and need to now but have no clue where to begin. I started 100 eod prop to help and have some clen and xenadrine but need to know of a great diet to help me out with foods and amounts listed

diet now looks like this.

1. 7 whites 4 whole eggs, gainer shake (MHP) sometimes 1 cup oatmeal but not usually

2 Lift

3. # chicken breasts grilled (1.65lbs) sometimes brown rice but i can never stomach it
100g whey

4. been so busy lately that 4 is usually just a gainer shake and either 2 packets of tuna or 2 EAS Carb Control protein bars

Dinner- 3 chix breasts


there are assorted fruits and veggies in there throughout as snacks and i drink a gallon a day
 
get rid of the fruit, too much sugar. Cut down on starches, eat more lean protein, smaller but more frequent meals, cut out dairy. Lots of fresh veggies, Also do plenty of ab work.
