Hello guys

I am in Week 5 of my steroid cycle now. Started at arround 22% BF. Was bulking for several years. Right now Iam not really losing weight, but my body composition is changing quite a bit. Iam at 18% BF now. I have gained quite a bit lean body mass and strength gains have gone up 25%.

I plan on doing a 16 week cycle, but the schedule is getting tight, its allready week 5 and still got 6% body fat to lose, which will take me another 4-5 weeks at this speed. Should i go on a more drastic cut? Because i planed on adding a good amount of muscle in the second half of my cycle.

Calories are arround maintenance of 3000-3200 calories.

Stats:
6'2 (188cm)
210 (95kg)

Your diet is key on what makes you cut or bulk. I would do either a bulking cycle or cutting not cut in beginning and bulk the last few weeks, will not work with time on cycle. You started at high bodyfat on this cycle too so estrogen management is key other wise you will hold more water at the higher %. To add to that, to cut you need a caloric deficit and surplus to bulk.

What does your current cycle consist of?
First cycle?
How long training?

My diet is in check, i know how to lose or gain weight. I just never ran a test cycle, so i cant speak out of experience, how much you can gain in 8 weeks cutting / 8 weeks lean bulking.

I started my cycle with Test Susta + Boldenone and Deca. Deca only 125mg every two weeks for joint relief - and it helps.
Dropped Bolde for now because it kinda made me nervous for no reason.
First cycle.

Now Iam on Test E only (plus the above stated 125mg Deca 2x / month)
Training about 8 years

how much 'what' can you gain in 8 weeks cutting ? when your 'cutting' there are NO gains . in order to 'gain' (muscle) you need to be in a calorie surplus, not a deficit. if your currently cutting, while running test , then the idea is to burn fat while loosing as little muscle as possible (the test will help you stay anti-catabolic while in a calorie deficit) .

What is your main goal ? burning fat and loosing weight , or something else ?
