Cutting phase diet

What do you make of this?

7am - 40mins low intensity cardio

7.40 -50g whey water

8am - 50g oats, 200ml skimmed milk, 4 egg whites

11am - 150g turkey, 20ml udos oil

2pm - 150g turkey, cup brocoli, 10ml udos oil

5pm - 12 Egg whites, 4 oat cakes

6pm Train for one hour

7pm - Whey protein 50g

8.30pm - turkey breast, rice, brocolli

11pm -40g whey caesin or 300g cottage cheese, 10ml udo oil

Udo oil is a blend of omega 3,6,9 fats

Starting weight will be around 220lbs
 
Can you list approximately how many total calories and grams of protein this all adds up to?

I would definitely add some carbs to this meal.

I would always go with the cottage cheese here. Whey protein is very quick to be digested so it won't last long through the night. Cottage cheese however will.

Age, training experience, body fat estimate, goal for bodyfat/weight loss?
 
Honestly i think it looks horrible, but i believe in using carbs. I don't understand why your having whey at 7:40 and then eating at 8.

what is 150g about 5 oz?? if so your really not eating a lot.
