cycle help any info is appreciated

im running test e 500 mg a week and dbol 50mg ed im only 2 weeks in and have gained 10 pounds i know most id water retention no worries there im getting considerably stronger too the question i have is am i over training also im in the gym about an hour to an hour and a half then about 15 min cardio session
my schedule is
day 1 chest tris
day 2 shoulders traps
day 3 legs
day 4 rest
day 5 back and bis
day 6 chest tris
day 7 shoulders traps
day 8 off
and i just continue like that rotating my schedule i normally listen to my body and can tell when im overtraining but while im on this cylce i feel like a god and i never get tired plus i just always want to be in the gym any advice would be nice and and also im eating about 4000-4500 cals a day
 
Everyone is different. Hitting the same body twice a week resulted in the "Calvin Klein" model look for me. When I went to one body per week and two maybe three sets per exercise for 2-3 sets BOOM I added inches.........and that was long before I used juice.

thanks mike appreciate the reply i was going the 5x5 strong lifts program before this cycle so i figured id switch it up the first workout in the week im doing low reps high weight and the second workout out like weight high reps im seeing results so far but i just wanna live in the gym if i dont go i feel like im cheating myself lol :tounge2:
