I'm looking to start a cycle and I've been doing a bit of research. I'm looking for any info if possible. I'm 6'2'' and weigh 235 w/ 16% body fat. My goal is to lose about 10-15 pounds and shred my body as well. My questions are... What should I take and stack with it? How long should the cycle be? And how much of it should I take?
