Cycle Info

I'm looking to start a cycle and I've been doing a bit of research. I'm looking for any info if possible. I'm 6'2'' and weigh 235 w/ 16% body fat. My goal is to lose about 10-15 pounds and shred my body as well. My questions are... What should I take and stack with it? How long should the cycle be? And how much of it should I take? Any info/help is greatly appreciated!! Thanks in advance!!

First cycle should be ONLY test. Test E or C at 500mg a week for 12 weeks. Nothing else. You can cut on test, you can cut on any compound. Diet dictates which direction you head in, not compounds.
 
Thank you for that info. I was that I should stack the test with tren for the best results. What do you think about that?
 
Is it your first cycle? And if it is Test only. But even if it aint i would not run tren unless you know what you are doing. Tren is some serious shit with some serious sides. I ran just 150mgs a week (50mgs EOD) and hated the sides so much i dropped it. I could have kept going but was fucking miserable. Need sleeping pills, and be ready to wash your sheets and covers every couple days if you have good Tren. And my mood was through the roof. My girl said i was a different person on it. Just be careful, and Research before you chose a cycle.

I always tell people to cut first naturally...you rly learn how to do it better that way first...
And how old are you?
