Cycle ?s for endurance & strength

I'm 53 and still compete in bike racing & triathlon. Last year, I got great advice here from members in planning, and during my first ever cycle, (below). Had very good results per my objectives, but now, 6 months later I seem to be back at square one. (followed nolv pct)

150 testE per week x 10 weeks
400 bold(equispoise) per week x 14
(thai gear)

I'm thinking at my age ( if affordable), I could/would like to go to 100-150 test/week as testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), and cycle bold 1 time in spring (training).

Thoughts/suggestions ?

I would also appreciate a pm from anyone who can help me contact sdhush, a member who helped me last year whom I can't seem to locate now.
