Cycle to Treat Shoulder Impingement and Elbow Tendonitis

My shoulders have bothered me significantly the past 2 and a half years. I am generally unable to throw a football, baseball or anything with any kind of heat anymore. Swinging a golf club, tennis racquet, and throwing a punch is also painful. Lifting heavy weights can also bring pain.

A year ago, I had an MRI done on my shoulders and no tears or anything were discovered. I was diagnosed with shoulder impingement and prescribed a basic shoulder rehab routine. I followed this routine for 6 months with no noticeable improvement in my throwing/swinging abilities. I started lifting weights again, hoping the problems would fix themselves and just go away. Bench pressing, military press, rows, and even curls will cause shoulder pain if I lift to heavy.

About two months ago, I began to develop tendonitis in my left elbow (especially when bench pressing) and some pain in both of my wrists. I've taken the last 2 weeks off of weight lifting because I'm tired of the pain. I'm also tired of not being able to play sports effectively.

I've been reading about certain steroids/hormones that have been used to treat all kinds of injuries including shoulder impingement and elbow tendonitis. Some of the treatments I've read about include:

IFG-1
HGH
Test Propionate and Stanozolol
EQ and Test
tb500

My question is what would be the most effective cycle for my situation, what would the dosage and frequency look like, and what would be the best exercise/rehab/weight lifting routine I should include while on cycle.

Thanks

steroids aren't the answer my man rest and a rehab routine WITH a orthapedic doctor or physical therapist is what you need. impingement of the shoulder can cause rotator cuff tears so lifting is out for now. assuming that you follow that advice i've heard good things about tb500 but haven't used it myself. tb500 could possibly aid in the recovery process, but the most important is the rehab/rest.

on a side note idk where you read that winstrol was good for healing injuries because its exactly the opposite as it dries out the joints causing many injuries

Just a few thoughts on this

First off, aas aren't going to help you, however growth hormone could depending on the issue.

Second, you have legitimate medical reasons for seeking the use of certain hormones. You may have to find a doctor who is willing to prescribe them, however you should not have a problem for example getting GH injections for your shoulder to aid in recovery during therapy. No sense trying to illegally self medicate when you have potential access to prescriptions. I would recommend going to an orthopedic sports clinic that deals with athletes, they will be more apt to be able to help you, and or prescribe hormones.

Best,
Parker.

Have you heard of stretching and rotator cuff exercises? Maybe cycling is why your shoulders hurt to begin with.

It would be nice to get a prescription for GH. I was diagnosed at the Andrews Sports Medicine and Orthopaedic Center in Birmingham, Alabama. This is supposed to be one of the better orthopaeic sports clinics in the country, founded by Dr. James Andrews who is widely regarded as the best sports surgeon in the world. They prescribed the shoulder rehab routine for my impingement a year ago, but it hasn't worked and I've not been in contact with them.

Has anybody had any personal success treating similar injuries with GH. Would you use GH and tb500 together.

Strongman - I've never cycled anything before, and I've been all over stretching and rotator cuff exercises for the past year.

I too have suffered from the same for years. Had a major labrum surgery in 07, 4 anchors in the bone to reattach. Had elbow issues from DB Incline curls that were just too heavy. Did prolotherapy, lasted about 2 years before the pain returned in my elbow. Just recently did a shot of cortisone in my elbow and shoulder for impingement/pain issues. That was about 2 months ago, doing good so far. Throwing almost back to normal velocity. I'm also on HGH, but only 3 months in at 3.3iu's a day. Really want to try TB500 but its pricey to do it right. I think more so than GH, depending on your source for GH.

TB500 will aid in returning elasticity to your connective tissue and muscle tissue. Other then that, you need to be doing physiotherapy, trigger release therapy and low level SITS muscle rehab., it's boring and a complete PITA to do, but that's the only way your going to return motion to it.

You can do your cycle but it isn't going to help with healing.....

Only thing that's going to help are GH/Peptides, stretching, icing, NSAIDS, and some ART. I've been dealing with golfers elbow for a few weeks and am going to get it checked out this week

Cortizone can do wonders for shoulder impingement. That is your cheapest route. Sometimes one shot can fix it permanently. Im very surprised your sports doc didn't give you cortizonexwhen the PT failed.

Prolotherapy with Gh is expensive and only moderately successfull.

Was your Mri done with contrast? That will show small tears that a regular mri wont show.

Do you have a sloping acromion? That woupd cause your nagging impingment and is an easy surgery.

Dumbell bench press us far better than barbell for shoulder injuries. The elbow pain is probably from the shoulder inflamation.

Shoulder pain sucks!

depending on the impingement type, that will dictate the rehab. I'm hoping the OP will come back and give some more details.

Steroid use will only make it worse. I went with my first cycle thinking it might help but it hasn't.

ART, Rehab, Deca in that order.

I do agree with the above. Do not do any WINSTROL !! Have had the elbow problem as well for about 6 months now and have tried to stay away from all the exercises that aggravate it. It's hard because it's affecting some of my lifting but it is actually getting better by resting it. I also had 2 cortizone shots in the area and even I don't think that did much for me, I would definitely recommend it.
