be careful to much cardio and poor diet will burn muscles

muscles burn faster than fat to fuel your body needs

look for MAX-OT cardio on google

1. up your t3 to 100 mcg ed and stay on it like that.
2. you are definitely right on upping your cardio, 20 mins pwo is weak, that wont do much of anything besides simply improving cardiovascular health. start doing cardio in the morning on an empty stomach for at least 45 minutes. you can do cardio pwo as well or later in the evening, i recommend 2 cardio sessions 5 days a wk if people are having problems losing.
3. drop your fat to 45g a day
4. dont mix your carbs and fats in meals. every meal should be carb/pro or fat/pro
5. test p, npp, and Anavar (var) dont help you lose weight.
the problem lies in your lack of cardio.

Totally disagree with you. You are basically saying that eat those complex carbs with a low glycemic index while simultaneously avoiding fat?? Guess what? That doesnt happen. Sweet potatoes, whole oats, etc- filled with complex carbs, protein AND fats.

whoa whoa whoa shap, whats with the attitude? you're saying that potatoes are filled with fat?...and i thought you were smart at first.
Nutrition Facts and Analysis for Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt [Sweetpotato]
now maybe my eyes aren't as good as they used to be, but im pretty sure thats a zero next to total fat, which means actually, there is no fat in sweet potatoes. Trace amounts of fat, like the 2-4 grams in oatmeal will hardly matter. And this is during a carb rotation schedule, he would eat this meal once every four or five days. its not necessary but it helps keep the muscles full and not be so flat and depleted during a calorie deficit. Shap, if you would like more nutritional info just pm me next time.

i don't mean to flame

this is only mah 5 cent :)

you're not flaming, you're simply buying into to some dude talking on a forum that can't even spell correctly and has no references...clearly coming from his personal experience and trying to sell some garbage supplement called 'EXTEND'. thats all fine and good and everyone always disputes over am cardio vs pwo cardio, and its simply a personal choice. i find am cardio much more effective and i do take amino acids prior. the ridiculous part i was referring to is when you said "muscle burns faster than fat to fuel your body's needs". There is no justification to that statement. think about it like this....Fat accumulates due to an abundance of calorie (energy) intake. When the body has no use for that surplus in calories and cannot expend that amount of energy, it stores it in fat cells as 'energy'. Does it really make sense that our bodies would use muscle first for energy when there is a surplus of stored energy in our fat cells? There is a degree of muscle wasting when cutting, but you cant lose more muscle than fat. Wazzan, if you want anatomy lessons just send me a pm next time.

IMO separating carbs/fats/protein is absolutely useless... It's all about calorie deficit. If you are taking in less calories than you burn, you're going to lose weight.

To the thread starter... You say you have lost 5lbs in 10 days and you look leaner in your upper body. What more do you want in 10 days??? It takes time to cut down; 2lbs a week is what I shoot for and you're WAY ahead of that.

I agree.

Dtone- I wasn't being accusatory and thanks for the compliment, kinda lol?

I was just saying look at most complex carb sources and they are going to have trace fats in there. Thats all I was saying. In truth eating a food like that once every few days will really fill you out so I totally see where you are coming from.

well ive been low carbing so i figured 5 of those pounds is water weight thats why... and when your eating only 50-75 grams of carbs compared to 300 for about 10 days i woulda figured it would go to my stomachce but im actually making better progress now my midsection is leaning up and im doing hiit first thing in mourning after protein shake and bcaa's for 20 minutes going to have a mild carb up meal today about 175 grams total.. then tommorrow just about 30 grams cause its an off day from lifting and i will do hiit first thing tom. mourning and by the way lat injections are totally painless and are much easier to handle then pec!
