Read the link below in my signature. It has a section on Thermogenics.
And yes, test is needed unless you want to lose your muscle mass.
How fast are you. Stats? Age?

T3 and Anabolics is not the answer at that high of a body fat %. Diet is the key. Have you tried a Ketogenic or Carb Cycling diet? I wish there was a magic pill, but there isn't.
If you were at 10% and trying to get down to 7% sure these would help, but I don't recommend it where you are at.
An EC stack could help you get the weight loss started though.
Do you get any exercise? Weight training would be good to add muscle and thus increase your metabolism. Some low intensity cardio could be added as well.
T--3 works well but do ur home work first before u hurt ur thyroid
I was actually going to diet and work out along with Cytomel and test. It's just extra juice.
Elaborate somewhat more? Specific thing I'm looking for? New to it. I've read some, but I don't recall anybody Talking about harming yourself unless they didn't use test with it or they were taking like 80-100mlg
Save it for later.
So what would you suggest to help ?
I provided some suggestions in Post #4 such as an EC Stack.
Idk what a EC stack is. I'll look into your post, but if you don't mind lamen terms would be helpful.
Ephedrine and Caffeine. Here is a study.
The effect of leptin, caffeine/ephedrine, and their combination upon visceral fat mass and weight loss. - PubMed - NCBI
And most importantly I recommended a couple of diet programs for you that are very effective for fat loss.
