D-bol 10mg /day

hello everyone, im new here but came many time to inform myself about.....all !

ive read a lot in the last year to decide wich product I would use ( in oral... living with my girlfriend so cant use injectable) so las autumn Ive try t-bol
7 week at 40mg/day and gained about 4 kg so thats I was expecting
I have no idea about my bf% ...didnt have the chance to take it

i was suppose to use t-bol again but find a d-bol cycle and inform myself a lot about it then decide to do it

I weight 152 pounds for 5'10''. im 21, training for about 5 years and like I said, only did t-bol like frist experience. My goal is to gain pretty lean mass and strenght.

The cycle I found ( still thinking a bout wich one):
6 weeks of d-bol 10mg/day, first thing in the morning ( then see the result and maybe do 8 week)
or
6 week of d-bol 10mg in the morning and 10mg before diner. AND NOTHING ON WEEKEND ( then see the result and maybe do 8 week)

so those cycle would be good because there is not much effect on liver and in what I read not much estrogenic effect.....people have pretty good gain and easier to keep. I dont want to get bloat and full of water

dont tell me this cycle worth nothing, I read pretty good thing about this and want to try, ill keep you inform in my progress. Ill maybe try the first one, wiat a month then try the 20mg /day without weekend.

Now I would like to have your opinion about those cycle
and even i read much, still dont sure about PCT, was thinking about nolva ( did proviron do the same job ?)

so nolva the last 2 week during cycle, 20mg/day then 2 week of clomid 50mg/day after the cycle

I dont think i need more with this low dose cycle.

So would like opinion about this cycle ?? and guide about PCT ??

(during im there.... did ephedrine have a fat loss effect alone or only works with cafeine ?)

5'10", 150lbs, training for 5 years... I call bullshit. Oral only cycles are a no no. Your 21 years old so u got some growing up to do. U need a proper diet not a waste of dbol...
 
Don't bother updating us on any progress cause there won't be any. with 10mg of dbol, you are wasting your time. You are better off to give the 10mg a day to me and I'll add it to my 50 mg a day I take totalling 60 mg as well as a tren test and mast cycle I'm doing.

dont mind what you say about this ill try low dose anyway, what can I lost except 50$...

I know 21 is young and 5 years is short....but I havent take any gain in the last two years, even if im training hard ( 4 or 5 days a week), and protein 2g/kg
just took 8 pounds taking t-bol last in december and nothing before

yeah... I know, 150 pound is small, people my size weight minimum 170....im lean yes....a bit belly fat but pretty good muscular mass.


so dont want you ot tells me it worth nothing... just precision

So what was the point of u posting a thread if u don't want any advice? Did u just want us to tell u how awesome that is? Did u ever think to eat more food to gain weight?

Everyone will tell you that you are wasting your time taking a measly 10mg of dbol. It is just dumb.

listen man, for the most part the people here have EXPERIENCE with cycles ( both good and bad). and we are trying to help you. we have all made some mistakes and are here to help keep people like yourself from making the same ones... Have you read the stickies? im assuming you havnt. because if you had you would understand that dbol is an extremely suppressive drug that will shut down your natural test production.this is why everyone who knows anything about gear will tell you that TEST is the base for all cycles. and dbol is ADDED to the test.
I get wanting to avoid bloat and wanting to run a moderate dose. but 10 mg a day is not going to give you results and will harm your body. the minimum dose most would advice is 25mg Every day... not taking it on the weekends is BAD advice. because the half life on dbol is short. im taking hours not days. so if you didn't take it for two days your basically doing 6, 5 day cycles back to back... that makes no sense at all.

Im telling you this to inform you and help you make the gains YOU want. if your gonna run dbol you HAVE TO RUN TEST. period.
 
The op... If u want advice, don't argue about it. Accept the fact that your wrong. If your not going to eat, your wasting your time.. the faster u understand this, the faster u can put yourself in a better situation!

ok heres some advice stand up when you pee and run a real cycle or stop wasting our time with your dumb oral only cycles and only 10mgs at that. also try reading these helpful tools we have here called stickys

Bro, 10mgs D-bol is a joke. You wont even feel that lil. Wont even help or work as a kicker. Try 30-60mgs a day + some test and then you might gain 10 pounds after a 8 week cycle and the right eating. And gaining 10 pounds in 6 weeks from D-bol? I call bullshit once again. At that dose its like taking a PH and expecting incredible gains, just aint gona happen. If that lil D-bol worked without any test, then everyone would call it a wonder drug and be using it. And the bloat is just part of D-bol. If you dont like it then dont use it. Try some T-bol or something. Dont come on here claiming crazy shit and expect not to get chewed the fuck up and spit out. Alot of the guys on here commenting have been there done that and have way more expirience than you and no what different AAS's give you.
