D-Bol Dosage

Ok I have read it in here before but cant seem to find the post on D-bol Dosage. I am gonna run 50mg each day for 6 weeks. My question is Should I spread my dosage out to 10mg every 4 hours? Or should I bang all 5 (10mg) an hour before my workout?
 
spreading it out is a good idea, the idea behind that is to have a linear amount of it in your blood stream and your body can only process so much of it at one time, less toxicity and sides. I dont know anyone to take 50mg at one time anymore.

I would take 20mg preworkout, 20mg an hour after workout and 10mg 4ours later (assuming you workout int the morning).
 
if you want to take advantage of it pre workout, take it 3 hours prior, not an hour. if that mean you have to set your alarm, take it, go back to sleep and wake up again 2 hours later to hit the gym before work then oh well. that's what i'm going to have to do next month. i workout 6:30 in the morning so i'm going to have to set my alarm for 3:30 then wake back up at 5. i wouldn't worry about every 4 hours, too much chance to fuck it up. i'd do 30mg pre workout, 20mg exactly 12 hours later.
