i wasnt making fun of him he trained hard and heavy but had a tiny build and a high metabolism
I've got two questions, because one of my friends is in this same situation - lifts, dedicated, and eats an assload, but still weighs like 135.
A) Did you ever get him to gain size/strength?

B) If so, how?
