Gonna start a 6 week cycle (possibly 8) of Mass n Hard in a few days. After searching the intrawebs I got a sweet deal on mass that I could not pass up. Here's the tale of the tape.

Mass 6 pills
Hard 3 pills
Power patch "growth hormone"(not sure if srs)
6 possibly 8 weeks depending how I feel.

Pct stack
4 weeks Hcgenerate(there has to be something in this that's not listed in the ingredients. This is THE REAL DEAL!!

3 weeks Forma stanzol spray

4 weeks Fish oil
4 weeks Milk thistle

Stats: 5'10 190lbs

Workouts are gonna be mainly compound big boy lifts upper body

Light to med weight high rep squats n deadlift( bad knees and lower back)

Food will be 3000-4000 cal

Chicken boobs
Oatmeal
Eggs
Yams
Beans
Brown rice
Cottage cheese
Wheat bread
Tuna
More eggs
And whatever sneaky cheat meals
Also whey proteins

Note:
haven't took prohormones in 5 yrs

lol, great start to your log bud, if you can run it 8 weeks it really is impressive on how much you can gain and retain from an 8 week cycle. Is this version 3?

I'm up with the times, so it's version 3. If libido or lethargy don't kick my ass then 8 weeks it is...:bowdown:
 
DAY2:

Took dosage in the am followed by breakfast

egg whites,
cup of rice/flax oil
cottage cheese

post work out
protein shake with milk and raw eggs

lunch
chicken breast,potato and carrots

next intake will be another high cal protein shake, then later a pbj sandwhich
and dinner will be a footlong tuna on wheat. should be 3000 cals for the day

Monday's workout

chest,shoulders,tri's
5 sets of bench
2 sets of heavy dumbell incline press
3 sets of seated machine chest flys

3 sets of dips
3 sets of close grip bench press
3 sets of tricep cable push downs

5 sets of seated machine shoulder presses
thats all for shoulders cause of reoccuring pain

gonna be a few weeks till the andro pills builds up in my system but cant wait.
wed workout will be legs and im planning on doing 10 sets of med to light weight sqauts followed by a huge calorie intake for the day.:elephant:

So far so good I haven't yet felt "on" but I do appear to have a more slight "pump" retaining from the other day's workout. Hunger is getting up and im getting more iratible. The wife just keeps pissing me off more and more. Obviously it's gonna be a while to fully saturate my blood with these compounds so I ain't in no rush. Can't wait till week 4. Will try to update once a week From here on end.

DAY 8:

Ok so the past few days ive been eating like crap, kinda hurt my shoulder on day 5's back and bi's work which consisted of:

thurs back/bi's

lat pull downs 4x10
machine rows 4x10
bent over dumbell flys 3x10
shrugs 4x10
machine isolation lat pull downs 3x10 (per arm)

barbell curls 4x10
cable cross over curls 4x10

today's workout
chest-tri's
incline bench press 4x10
machine chest press 4x10
machine chest flys 4x10
dumbbell chest press 1x10 (too much shoulder pain by then)

dips, 3x10
close grip benchpress 3x10
tricep pushdowns 3x10

i can say with the exception of my injury prone exercises( squats, bench press) all my reps went from 8-10 reps to 10-12 reps at current weight. ive had to increase my lbs by 10-15lbs just to bring me back down to the 8-10 rep range! dont know if its the "placebo effect" or not, but strength is getting up so far in a week.

i still dont feel "on" yet but i can tell you my irratability is getting worse, especially around people. the gym today was full of slacked jawed, week kneed, beta phaggots hogging up the machines and benches, most using them for any other purpose than what they were intended for. i had the one phaggot using the bench to do barbell curls, he'd place the barbell on the floor and sit on the bench staring into god knows what for 15-20 minutes, sitting there looking silly. couldnt complain much because the shoulder was hurting so i had to use the machines.

no lethargy or mojo issues so far. i can remember week one of a superdrol cycle i'd be on the floor crawling just to get around. i can say that im truly DONE with methylated compounds. at least with the andro stuff, im seeing slow, graduale gains that i can live with and my nuts still function. now im definatly running this 8 weeks.:elephant:

nice log, gotta admit I was pretty impressed with Androdrive (ran for 8 weeks). Will be following along to see what you experience with Mass/Hard v3.
 
any updates?

Here's a quick "mini" update:

I've been super busy at work and kinda hurt my back. Workouts had to be quick and tailored down.

Wed 5-9-12
Chest/tri's
Bench 6x10
Close grip bench 5x10
Tricep kick backs 3x10
Push ups 3 sets to failure
(whole upper got swole as hell!)

Thur 5-10-12
Legs
Squats 6x10

Sucks that I had to drag my feet because of injury but should go balls to the wall next week. Feels like I healed up today and will be good to go by then.

Although I'm not watching the scale I'm up 4 lbs, not bothered by it for that I'm in this for aesthetic and strength purposes. Strength is getting better as well.

I've read of someone "drinking" the androhard for maximum effectiveness? Can anyone clarify? Thinking about doing that next workout...

Some have stated that it hits a bit harder and faster, with a shorter duration, somewhat ideal for a preworkout. But only limited feedback on it so far, if you try it let us know what you think.
