i want to add block pulls into my routine after deads..my question is how would you structure it..add height each week with the same weight or would you use say a 3 inch block and add weight each week...i want to get stronger off the floor..ive ben doing racks but i dont think im gaining anything from them..for me if i can get it off the floor theres a very high chance of lock out..i do deads upper back lats abs in one workout..tell me what you think
deads 3x5
block pulls 2x5
chins 3x8-10
BB rows 3x6-8
lat pulls 3x8
1 arm dbell row or iso hi row 3x8-10
also i plan do this routine for 2 weeks and on the third week no deads or blocks but instead work up to a max GM then do chins etc..
